Faraz is a cardiologist and heart failure specialist with advanced research training in biomedical informatics, epidemiology, and clinical trial methodology. His research interests are in the development of methods, tools, and technologies to collect, store, analyze, and apply diverse electronic health data—including patient-reported outcomes measures. Results can then be used to improve clinical care, conduct pragmatic clinical trials, and generate real-world evidence.
