CHiP Associate Director Theresa Walunas Presents at DePaul University

Theresa Walunas, Associate Director of CHiP, was invited to present today at a DePaul University “Intro to Health Informatics” course.
Dr. Walunas’s talk covered medical records, integrated medical record databases and her research into understanding how care fragmentation impacts lupus patient outcomes. Dr. Walunas also discussed ways health care utilization can be measured using EHR data and the state of health information exchange in Illinois.
