CHIP Associate Director Serves As A Vice Chair For AMIA 2020

CHIP Associate Director Theresa Walunas, PhD, has been selected to be a vice chair for the AMIA 2020 Annual Symposium Scientific Program Committee.
AMIA, the American Medical Informatics Association, will hold its 2020 symposium here in Chicago, IL. AMIA 2020 Annual Symposium is the foremost symposium for the science and practice of biomedical informatics. This year’s event celebrates more than 40 years of biomedical informatics research and innovation to improve human health.
Submissions can include posters, podium abstracts, papers, panels, demonstrations and more. The deadline for submissions has been extended to Wednesday, March 18, due to the coronavirus outbreak. Learn morea and submit an abstract on the AMIA 2020 website.
