Biomedical Data Science Day 2020

CHIP is sponsoring Biomedical Data Science Day 2020 on February 4, 2020. The event, hosted by the Center for Data Science and Informatics at Northwestern University Clinical and Translational Science Institute (NUCATS), will feature immersive, interactive workshops and talks for anyone interested in data science.

Sessions will be led by experienced faculty, staff, students, and trainees from the Northwestern community and beyond. Two plenary talks will be led by industry experts Nigam Shah, MBBS, PhD, Associate Professor of Medicine (Biomedical Informatics) and of Biomedical Data Science, Stanford University, and Charlton McIlwain, PhD, Vice Provost for Faculty Engagement and Development, Professor of Media, Culture, and Communication, NYU, Author of Black Software.
